“How’s Your MLM Company
Working Out For You?”
Most top MLM companies are started
with the greatest of intentions. But we all know that those with
long term viability are few and far between. It could be because the
products were quickly obsolete in our fast moving product
development environment. Or, the founders just did not have the
leadership skills to develop all the support tools the builders
needed in the right time frame. And, sadly, often the story involves
a lack of integrity on the executive level.
Whatever the situation that occurs or is occurring in any particular
MLM network marketing organization, the fact that those that spent
days and sometimes years of effort building a trusting downline
organization are left with little to show for it when the castle
starts to crumble.
So I have put this page together for anyone who has ever been or is
now with a company:
- that went under, or faced legal
issues
- or the owners are impossible to
work with
- it was the “Last time I would
try to build an organization”
- or “I came out of retirement to
build an organization for that company”

My name is Mike Remer. I have been involved in network marketing
since back in the 1970’s when Glen Turner resurrected his “Dare to
be Great” motivational course MLM program with what became
“Challenge to America”.
I had limited success but certainly benefited from all the training
provided. Later I was involved with other programs from nutritionals
to most recently one of the mobile phone programs that have
showcased the sad demise of the seemingly top MLM organizations that
do not have the proper executive leadership skills or resources to
source or hire the skilled individuals that are needed from
pre-launch, through launch. Most importantly have the resources to
draw on through the long term building stage.
For most of the last few years I have devoted my endeavors toward
learning about Internet marketing and all the many ways to make and
lose money in that arena. The focus that has provided the most
reward in this field has been with helping local small businesses
achieve more sales or customers or patients, basically improve their
bottom line profits by building an online presence that their
customers and potential new customers could find.
And so I became aware of a new (soon to be top MLM) network
marketing company who’s product was not a product at all but a
service to quickly showcase “Joe the Plumber” on the first page of
Google. Of course, I already knew how to do this and was being paid
handsomely to deliver this result, but I found it hard to scale this
service since it was so time consuming to properly execute. And the
thought of personally training a sales force to scale my marketing
even locally, let alone nationally was not a pretty thought.
This is why I was ecstatic to find an opportunity that gave me a
scalable solution including:
- A service that was built
professionally and consistently for an individual business that
guaranteed a certain result
- A complete marketing system
already in place to plug into, and more importantly plug my team

far have been for sales volume from sales of the core service. There

could start replacing your income immediately, it makes perfect
sense. Keep in mind, your downline is YOUR downline.
Yes, your downline is the private property - of you the independent
contractor that built it (YOU). Do not be intimidated by your
current company that you can’t invite them to join you. If your
company says you don’t own your downline, tell them to review the
Federal Trade Commission cases against Holiday Magic and Koscot
International. Both cases "right up front" -- say that an MLM
Downline can be transferred or sold. The Distributor Rights
Association fights to maintain this right.
So it only made sense for me to start sharing my vision with other
leaders about building a team of pros that solicit pros. Imagine how
many leaders out there would love to just move their downline to
another company and regain that momentum they once had?
Timing is everything……you joining our team today, means that the
person that thought about joining our team a week ago and now wants
to bring over their team next week, will fall under you. It adds a
whole new dimension to spillover.
